Refunds & Returns Policy

  • You will have 14 days to request a return from the day your item is received.
  • You will then have another 14 days to return the item to us.
  • Please send an email to sian@moonandrue.com, including your order number & the reason for return. If you believe your item is faulty, it is helpful to include images with this.
  • Your request for return will be reviewed and we will be in touch if we need any further information.
  • The customer is responsible for the charges of return shipping.
  • We recommend sending returns with a tracked service as the package remains the customer’s responsibility until we have received it.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded at the discounted rate.

Will I get a refund?

To be eligible for a full refund:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your refund request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We must receive your returned item(s) within 14 days following your return being confirmed.
  • Please note that for bundle purchased, items cannot be refunded separately.

How long will my refund take?

  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to let you know we’ve got it.
  • If your return meets the points outlined above, your refund will be approved.
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Other points to note

  • Wear and tear through use is not considered as a faulty good.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure sizing information is taken into account before purchasing any products.
