Refunds & Returns Policy
- You will have 14 days to request a return from the day your item is received.
- You will then have another 14 days to return the item to us.
- Please send an email to sian@moonandrue.com, including your order number & the reason for return. If you believe your item is faulty, it is helpful to include images with this.
- Your request for return will be reviewed and we will be in touch if we need any further information.
- The customer is responsible for the charges of return shipping.
- We recommend sending returns with a tracked service as the package remains the customer’s responsibility until we have received it.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded at the discounted rate.
Will I get a refund?
To be eligible for a full refund:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your refund request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We must receive your returned item(s) within 14 days following your return being confirmed.
- Please note that for bundle purchased, items cannot be refunded separately.
How long will my refund take?
- Once your return is received, we will send you an email to let you know we’ve got it.
- If your return meets the points outlined above, your refund will be approved.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Other points to note
- Wear and tear through use is not considered as a faulty good.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure sizing information is taken into account before purchasing any products.
